Hi everybody, today I am back with a hair care from Shea Moisture. I have used quite a few of their products in the past for curly hair and currently use their curling milk on my daughters hair daily. But I will do a separate post about those items another time :).
Today I am reviewing their Superfruit complex 10-in-1 Multi-Benefit Masque. My hair being lightened then heavily coloured means I am always on the look out for nourishing hair masques. The mask claims to protect colour, hydrate, nourish, soften, revive body & shine and strengthen.
It comes in good sturdy packaging and smells lovely, like a fresh clean floral smell, but not overpowering at all like some hair masques can be.
Shea Moisture hair products are Vegan friendly which is great and you can see all their other benefits in the above picture.
The texture of the masque is a thick and feels instantly moisturising when applied to the hair. I have used the masque three times now and I have seen a big difference in the condition of my hair, I also noticed that my hair colour did not fade as much as it usually does when not using this masque.
This is my hair just after blow drying after being washed and using the Shea moisture masque. I felt it was shiny, bouncy and felt much nicer to the touch. It needs a re-bleach and change of colour at the moment so it is nice to have it feeling strong before my next bleaching session.
Since using the Masque my hair is most definitely feeling in better condition and I am going to keep using the masque. Shea Moisture products can be purchased from Look fantastic (currently on sale),Superdrug (who have a 3 for 2 available at the moment), Feelunique , Boots and online from the US Shea Moisture website. This masque retails for approx £10.99 and is great value as it will last for ages.
