I get asked many of the same questions a lot so I thought I would create an FAQ section for you all. If you have any questions I haven’t put in my FAQ’s feel free to comment and I will try my best to aswer. So here goes.

How do you grow your nails so long without them breaking?

I am very lucky and have always had nails that just grow, I don’t do much to make them grow but I do have a nail care regime I have to ensure they stay looking healthy and strong.  This can be found by clicking here.

How do you keep your cuticles looking so good?

Ahh now this has taken me a bit of time, if you look back on my instagram you will be able to see cracked cuticles in my early pictures.  Again all the details of how I make sure they stay in good shape can he found here, one thing I always advise is to invest in a good pair of washing gloves, water is my enemy when it comes to my nails so I make sure I always use gloves when washing dishes and bottles etc.

Do you have a nail shop?

No I do not have a nail shop, I am not a professional manicurist and took this up as a hobby.  I do however do nails for people and they either travel to me or I to them.  I do hope to branch out a little more when the girls are older but I do not do acrylic nails…just nail art.

How do you find the time to do nail art?

I make the time 🙂  As a full time working mum of twins its hard to find the time sometimes, but nail art is my relaxation.  Once the girls are in bed and all the cleaning is done I sit down to make my nails look pretty.  I find it very hard to stay motivated sometimes as I am so tired, but you all keep me motivated to keep pushing myself with my nail art.

Where are you based?

I live in the UK not far from London in a place called Sudbury Hill.  I am not from the US as a lot of people think, not sure why people think that.

How old are you?

I am 40 yrs young…..lol

Where can I buy that?

I source my nail art products and polishes from around the world so I don’t just use one shop or store.  eBay is a great place to start for general nail art supplies.  But keep a look out as there is something special coming from me soon xxx

How did you get so many followers on Instagram?

I really think you all are asking the wrong person lol.  There are so many other nail artists who have had much bigger follower growth than me and I would love to know how they did it ha ha.  I like to call my following a fully organic following, this means I have worked hard to build up my account.  I use hash tags that are relevant and a few fashion pages took a liking to my nails and featured me regularly and that’s how I got to where I am.  If people like your art they will find you.  Word of caution  here; DO NOT BUY FOLLOWERS or LIKES.  As tempting as it may be to buy your way to instagram success its not real…To all those who have done so OMG how sad are you lol and I know there are a few of you out there, I wont name any names as its not professional ha ha.

Do you have a YouTube Channel?

Yes I do please follow this link https://www.youtube.com/user/nemosnailandbeauty

So there you go, my FAQs….well for now.  Feel free to ask any questions you have.
